Returns & refunds

Want to get a refund? Tell us within 30 days of delivery and return the item within the next 14 days — items must be unused and in original packaging. If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us right away at Info@prettyusless.club and we’ll arrange a return, repair, replacement or full refund. Customers normally pay return postage for the return items. Refunds go back to the original payment method and are processed within 14 days of us receiving the return.
