Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days after the order is received.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Hong Kong.
During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there are any delays.
We provide standard worldwide shipping to most destinations globally.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:
Hong Kong: 1-3 business days
Asia: 5-10 business days
North America, Europe, and Australia: 7-14 business days
United State: 10-20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. They may vary due to factors such as customs clearance, weather, or carrier delays.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order, destination, and selected shipping method.
Note for United States Customers: Shipping costs to the United States are currently higher due to increased carrier rates. We encourage customers to take advantage of our free shipping promotion by reaching the minimum cart size at checkout (details available during checkout).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available for your region).
You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the carrier’s website.
